Compass Pet Heritage Cemetery & Crematorium is the only business in the pet industry that has seen the need for a Pet Condolence Gift Shop. Kim and Escott opened the gift shop on their property so that when people visit Compass Pet Heritage Cemetery, they will have the convenience of buying flowers for their beloved family pet.

They also sell Aromatherapy & wellbeing products, which will blend in with their Meditation Chapel, which is near completion. Late in 2008, they launched their own label of Aromatherapy & wellbeing range of products under the name "Thetford Glen", which is the name of their property.
